In order to do justice to the complexity of our (working) world, diversity & inclusion measures are increasingly taking an intersectional approach. But how many diversity dimensions are there anyway? What does intersectionality actually mean and what does privileges have to do with it? Using specific examples, participants will learn about the intertwinings between the topics. Together, we will also work on suggestions on what sustainable allyship can look like at both a personal and company level.
