Language determines our thinking and our consciousness: This session shows how unconscious biases can lead to wrong decisions and how important it is therefore to pay attention to inclusive language. In this interactive format, the participants consider and test inclusive alternatives in communication. The session offers a compilation of terms that are considered (more) inclusive. The session will conclude with a brainstorming on what each individual can specifically contribute so that we can communicate better with each other.
