The PROUT AT WORK-conference is held annually in cooperation with a PROUT EMPLOYER on queer diversity-relevant topics. Exciting keynotes, interactive breakout sessions and rousing panel discussions provide the framework to exchange and network with participants on-site or virtually, as well as to take new impulses and perspectives back to one’s own (work) everyday life. Our conference is aimed in particular at members of the queer community, allies, networkers, D&I managers, staff from human resources development, but is also open to all interested parties.
