There are queer employee ressource groups in companies that can already look back on several decades of experience, while others are still in the early stages of formation. However, networks or employee resource groups have long been an integral part of companies: as a safer space and representation of interests for employees, with experts on the respective topic and important contacts – both internally and externally.

This DEEP DIVE will focus on queer employee networks, which will be examined from all perspectives. As an introduction, a diverse panel will discuss various aspects of networking. This will be followed by several workshops in which the functions, roles and principles of networking will be analysed from the perspective of members, companies and employees.
