Handling family and career is a balancing act for everyone. This is no easier for queer families – in fact, they often experience additional discrimination in various areas and are exposed to special circumstances. But what exactly are queer families? And how can employers and colleagues support them? In this session, we will provide an initial insight into the topic, take a look at the challenges faced by queer families – but also highlight best practices and opportunities for allyship. We also offer space for questions and a look at the current legal situation.
