Employee networks or ERGs are an important pillar in the company. They enable networking, empowerment and a safer space for the employees who come together there. At the same time, they are an important think tank and advisory resource for the company – after all, the networks have extensive expertise in their field. Last but not least, networks promote social engagement both internally and externally and support the company in communicating CSR measures effectively.

In order to be able to fulfil all these functions, networks must be able to draw on resources: committed members, support from management and creative freedom.
